Last year, Congressman Bobby Rush (D-Ill.) introduced H.R. 4343, the Minority Business Development Act of 2009. On Sept. 22, 2010, a hearing was held in the House committee on Oversight and Governmental Reform, Government Management, Organization and Procurement Subcommittee in which the bill was discussed and Rep.
