Advanced Earned Value Management Systems in Government Contracting
Government agencies increasingly require a validated Earned Value Management System (EVMS), which creates a new set of challenges for government contractors. Many contractors struggle to get their EVMS validated by a “cognizant federal agency” and wrestle with organizational and regulatory changes affecting EVMS systems.
In this 90 minute webinar, Mike Nosbisch will discuss relevant regulations as well as the best ways to implement and validate EVM systems and make the process more efficient. Mr. Nosbisch will offer his expertise as both a consultant and contractor to examine some of the more advanced concepts related to the application of earned value management systems (EVMS) within government contracting.
