Big Changes for Small Business: Recent Regulatory Developments

This 90-minute webinar will discuss recent regulatory developments under the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act (“NDAA”), an anticipated SBA final rule regarding small business subcontracting plans, and a recent proposed rule related to small business status and size protest and appeals procedures.
